The Final St. Benedict Council Meeting took place
on Monday, December 13th, 2010. 7pm, @ St. Ben's.
St. John Parish Council met Monday, November 22nd, 2010.

St. Benedict Council Meeting took place
on Monday, November 15th, 2010. 7pm, @ St. Ben's.
Meeting of both Parish Councils will take place Monday, October 25th, 2010 @ St. John's School.
Discussion included:
-Insurance on Church buildings, Catholic Mutual - statement shared
-Future planning meetings/getting to know parishes to be merged with
-Awaiting Archdiocese info at VERY important meetings this week (Father Clinton will be at St. John Wed.)
-Future of Catholic Schools vs. faith formation, local numbers shared
-Father Klaers will serve our parishes until 1/1/11.
St. John Parish Council met Monday, October 19th, 2010.
St. Benedict's meeting with Archdiocese reps will not be at St. John's rather St. Ben's.
St. John's meeting with the Archdiocese reps is scheduled for Wed Oct 27th, 2010.
A handout with the proposed adjustments to the Archbishop's decree was shared.
Mass times for Christmas masses were delivered to Father Klaers.
Financial report was shared.
The school hall is no longer rented out to nonparishioners.
The next parish council meeting is Mon Nov 22nd, 2010.
